Responsibilities of cost control group: lead the identification, analysis and improvement of cost related topics, and focus on the reduction of inventory amount.
Target 1: reduce the inventory amount by 50%; Objective 2: establish cost control standards.
Responsibilities of site management team: lead the identification, analysis and improvement of topics related to site management, and focus on the improvement of 5S visualization and three determinations on site.
Objective 1: improve the on-site 5S evaluation by 50%; Objective 2: establish on-site management and control standards.
Responsibilities of team building group: lead the identification, analysis and improvement of topics related to team management, focusing on the improvement of employee care, morale and atmosphere.
